Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Network cable (Ethernet)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Handset and cord
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Network switch with PoE support

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, stand, cables).
  2. Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: If using PoE (Power over Ethernet), ensure your switch supports PoE. Otherwise, connect the power adapter to the phone and power outlet.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug the handset cord into the handset port on the phone and ensure it's securely connected.
  5. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to activate. The phone will boot up and display the startup screen.
  6. Network Configuration: The phone will attempt to obtain an IP address via DHCP. For static IP, configure through web interface.
  7. Account Configuration: Configure SIP accounts through the phone's web interface or auto-provisioning server.
  8. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.

Troubleshooting
