Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Screwdriver
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • 3CX PBX server access

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Network Preparation: Ensure your network is properly configured with DHCP server and VLAN settings if required.
  2. Physical Connection: Connect the phone to your network using an Ethernet cable. Use PoE or connect the power adapter.
  3. 3CX Configuration: Log into your 3CX Management Console and navigate to the Phones section.
  4. Phone Provisioning: Add the phone by MAC address or use Plug and Play auto-discovery feature.
  5. Extension Assignment: Assign an extension to the phone and configure user settings.
  6. Firmware Update: Allow the phone to download the latest firmware from the 3CX server.
  7. Testing: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
