Step-by-Step Installation
- Network Preparation: Ensure your network is properly configured with DHCP server and VLAN settings if required.
- Physical Connection: Connect the phone to your network using an Ethernet cable. Use PoE or connect the power adapter.
- 3CX Configuration: Log into your 3CX Management Console and navigate to the Phones section.
- Phone Provisioning: Add the phone by MAC address or use Plug and Play auto-discovery feature.
- Extension Assignment: Assign an extension to the phone and configure user settings.
- Firmware Update: Allow the phone to download the latest firmware from the 3CX server.
- Testing: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
