Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Handset and cord

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone base, handset, cables, and documentation.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: If using PoE (Power over Ethernet), ensure your switch provides PoE. Otherwise, connect the power adapter to the phone and power outlet.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone base and the handset itself.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect headset to the headset port and/or expansion module if available for your model.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to activate. The phone will boot up and attempt to obtain network configuration.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or use auto-provisioning if supported by your VoIP provider.
Warning: Ensure proper network configuration and use only approved power adapters to maintain warranty coverage and prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
