Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Screwdriver (for wall mount)
- Network switch with PoE support
- Handset and cord
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone base, handset, cables, and documentation.
- Connect to Network: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
- Power Connection: If using PoE (Power over Ethernet), ensure your switch provides PoE. Otherwise, connect the power adapter to the phone and power outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone base and the handset itself.
- Optional Accessories: Connect headset to the headset port and/or expansion module if available for your model.
- Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to activate. The phone will boot up and attempt to obtain network configuration.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or use auto-provisioning if supported by your VoIP provider.
