Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Microfiber cloth
  • Network switch/router
  • Optional: PoE injector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a central location in the conference room with access to power and network connections.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the device.
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the conference phone and to your network switch/router.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC port and plug into a power outlet. Alternatively, use PoE if supported.
  5. Initial Setup: Power on the device and follow the on-screen setup wizard for basic configuration.
  6. Network Configuration: Configure network settings either manually or via DHCP as per your network requirements.
  7. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all functions are working properly.
Warning: Ensure proper ventilation around the device and avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

Troubleshooting
