Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (included)
- Microfiber cloth
- Network switch/router
- Optional: PoE injector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a central location in the conference room with access to power and network connections.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the device.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the conference phone and to your network switch/router.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC port and plug into a power outlet. Alternatively, use PoE if supported.
- Initial Setup: Power on the device and follow the on-screen setup wizard for basic configuration.
- Network Configuration: Configure network settings either manually or via DHCP as per your network requirements.
- Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all functions are working properly.
