Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (included)
- Handset and cord
- Network switch/router
- Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents: phone base, handset, handset cord, Ethernet cable, power adapter, and documentation.
- Connect to Network: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone's power port and plug into a standard electrical outlet. Alternatively, use Power over Ethernet (PoE) if supported.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone and attach the handset.
- Optional Accessories: Connect additional accessories such as headsets or expansion modules if applicable.
- Power On: Press the power button or wait for auto-start if using PoE. The phone will begin its initialization process.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or use web interface for advanced configuration.
- Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
