Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Handset and cord
  • Network switch/router
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents: phone base, handset, handset cord, Ethernet cable, power adapter, and documentation.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone's power port and plug into a standard electrical outlet. Alternatively, use Power over Ethernet (PoE) if supported.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone and attach the handset.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect additional accessories such as headsets or expansion modules if applicable.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for auto-start if using PoE. The phone will begin its initialization process.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or use web interface for advanced configuration.
  8. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: Use only Yealink-approved accessories. Ensure proper ventilation around the device and avoid exposure to moisture.

Troubleshooting
