Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Handset and cord
- Screwdriver (for wall mount)
- Network switch with PoE support
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents: IP phone, handset, handset cord, Ethernet cable, power adapter, and documentation.
- Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet, OR ensure your network switch provides Power over Ethernet (PoE).
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset and the handset port on the phone.
- Optional Accessories: Connect optional accessories such as a headset to the appropriate ports.
- Power On: Press the power button or connect power. The phone will boot up and attempt to obtain an IP address via DHCP.
- Configuration: Configure the phone via web interface or auto-provisioning server using the IP address displayed on screen.
