Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Handset and cord
- Network switch with PoE capability
- Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone base, handset, cables, and documentation.
- Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch to the LAN port on the phone. For PoE models, this will also provide power.
- Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone base.
- Optional Accessories: Connect additional accessories such as headsets or expansion modules if applicable.
- Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to initialize the phone.
- Initial Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and SIP account information.
- Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
