High Definition VoIP Phone

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Handset and cord
  • Network switch with PoE capability
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone base, handset, cables, and documentation.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch to the LAN port on the phone. For PoE models, this will also provide power.
  3. Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone base.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect additional accessories such as headsets or expansion modules if applicable.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to initialize the phone.
  7. Initial Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings and SIP account information.
  8. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: Ensure proper ventilation around the phone and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to prevent damage.
