Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
- Network switch with PoE support
- Handset and cord
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone, handset, power adapter, and documentation.
- Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch to the LAN port on the Yealink phone. Use PoE if available.
- Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
- Connect Handset: Attach the handset cord to the handset port on the phone.
- Optional Accessories: Connect headset to the headset port and additional line keys if supported.
- Power On: The phone will boot up and attempt to obtain an IP address from your network DHCP server.
- Configuration: Configure phone settings through web interface or auto-provisioning server as per your PBX requirements.
