HD Voice Quality

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Handset and cord

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents including phone, handset, power adapter, and documentation.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your network switch to the LAN port on the Yealink phone. Use PoE if available.
  3. Power Connection: If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet.
  4. Connect Handset: Attach the handset cord to the handset port on the phone.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect headset to the headset port and additional line keys if supported.
  6. Power On: The phone will boot up and attempt to obtain an IP address from your network DHCP server.
  7. Configuration: Configure phone settings through web interface or auto-provisioning server as per your PBX requirements.
Warning: Ensure proper network configuration and use only Yealink-approved accessories to maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
