Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Handset and cord
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • Network configuration details

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents: phone base, handset, handset cord, Ethernet cable, power adapter, and documentation.
  2. Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet, or use Power over Ethernet (PoE) if supported by your network switch.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone and to the handset itself.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect optional accessories such as a headset or expansion module if required.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for the phone to boot automatically if using PoE.
  7. Network Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure network settings or wait for automatic provisioning from your PBX system.
  8. Test Functionality: Make a test call to verify audio quality and check all buttons and features.

Troubleshooting
