Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable
  • Power adapter
  • Handset cable
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)
  • Network switch/router

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet on a stable surface.
  2. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, power adapter).
  3. Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to LAN port on phone, other end to network switch/router.
  4. Power Connection: Connect power adapter to phone and plug into electrical outlet. Use only Yealink-approved power adapter.
  5. Handset Connection: Connect handset cable to phone and handset securely.
  6. Optional Accessories: Connect headset to headset port if required for your setup.
  7. Initial Setup: Power on phone and follow on-screen prompts for network configuration and account setup.
Warning: All installations must be performed by qualified personnel to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
