Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to switch/router. Use second port to daisy-chain a computer.
  2. Connect handset: Plug handset cord into handset port on phone base.
  3. Power the phone: Use PoE from switch or connect the 12V DC power adapter.
  4. Connect optional headset: Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address on screen or via "Settings > Status".
  2. Provisioning: Enter SIP server details manually via web interface (http://phone-ip) or auto-provision via configured server.
  3. Account registration: Add SIP accounts in "Settings > Account". Enter server, username, password.
  4. Basic settings: Set time zone, language, ringtone, and screen saver.

Connecting Devices

  2. Pair Bluetooth headset: Settings > Bluetooth > Search, select device.
  3. Connect Wi-Fi module (optional): Insert module, configure SSID and password.

Advanced Call Features

Supports call hold, transfer, conference, forward, DND, call recording.

  1. Make call: Dial number on screen or from directory, press handset or Speakerphone.
  2. Hold: Press Hold button during call.
  3. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target, press Transfer again (blind) or wait for answer (attended).
  4. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to merge.
  5. Call forward: Set via Features menu (always, busy, no answer).
  6. Recording: Press Record during call (if enabled by server).
  7. Directory: Access local and LDAP contacts.
  8. History: View missed, received, placed calls.

Accessibility Features
