Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable conference table.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to switch/router. Use PoE or included power adapter.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet port for PC pass-through.
  3. Connect headset: Plug into 3.5mm headset jack if needed.
  4. Power on: Connect to PoE switch or plug in power adapter.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around the device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen initialization.

  1. Network configuration: Obtain IP automatically via DHCP or configure manually through web interface.
  2. Server configuration: Enter SIP server details provided by your service provider.

  3. End call: Press End button or tap End on screen.
  4. Hold/Resume: Press Hold button during active call.
  5. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, complete transfer.
  6. Conference: Establish first call, press Conference, dial second party, merge calls.
  7. Mute: Press MUTE button to toggle microphone on/off (LED indicates status).
  8. Volume adjustment: Use volume keys during call for speaker/microphone.

WARNING! Do not expose microphone to extreme sound pressure to avoid damage.
