T5 Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Handset and cord
  • Mounting bracket (optional)
  • Network configuration details

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents against packing list.
  2. Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to phone's LAN port and other end to network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect power adapter to phone and plug into electrical outlet. For PoE setups, ensure switch provides adequate power.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect handset cord to handset port on phone base.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect headset to headset port and/or expansion module if required.
  6. Power On: Press power button or wait for auto-boot when connected to PoE. Phone will initialize and attempt to obtain IP address.
  7. Configuration: Access web configuration interface using phone's IP address to set up SIP accounts and preferences.
  8. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: Ensure proper ventilation around the phone and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting
