Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (if not using PoE)
- Network switch with PoE support
- Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
- Network configuration tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, documentation).
- Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and power outlet, or ensure PoE is enabled on your network switch.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the designated port on the phone base.
- Network Configuration: Power on the phone and wait for it to obtain an IP address from your DHCP server.
- System Provisioning: Configure the phone with your PBX server details through web interface or auto-provisioning.
- Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
