IP Phone Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Network configuration tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, documentation).
  2. Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and power outlet, or ensure PoE is enabled on your network switch.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the designated port on the phone base.
  5. Network Configuration: Power on the phone and wait for it to obtain an IP address from your DHCP server.
  6. System Provisioning: Configure the phone with your PBX server details through web interface or auto-provisioning.
  7. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.
Warning: Ensure proper network configuration and security settings are applied. For business installations, consult with your IT administrator.

Troubleshooting
