Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to switch/router. Use PC port to connect computer if needed.
  2. Power the Phone: Use included power adapter or Power over Ethernet (PoE).
  3. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into dedicated port on base.
  4. Connect Headset: Plug 3.5mm headset into headset jack if required.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. For static IP, press OK > Settings > Basic > Network.
  2. Provisioning: Enter server URL for automatic configuration (via TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS) in Settings > Advanced > Auto Provision.
  3. Account Registration: Go to Settings > Account > SIP Account to enter SIP server, username, password.
  4. Time & Language: Set time zone and language in Settings > Basic > Time & Language.

CAUTION! Do not disconnect power during firmware upgrade.
