Business VoIP Phone Systems

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Screwdriver (for wall mount)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Computer for configuration

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, cables, documentation).
  2. Connect to Network: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to the phone's LAN port and the other to your network switch or router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect power adapter if not using Power over Ethernet (PoE), or ensure your switch provides PoE power.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset to the dedicated handset port on the phone.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect headset to headset port and additional line modules if supported by your model.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for PoE to initialize the phone.
  7. Initial Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to set language, network settings, and SIP account information.
  8. Test Functionality: Make test calls to verify audio quality and all features are working properly.

Troubleshooting
