Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your router/switch. Use PC port to connect a computer if needed.
  2. Power the Phone: Use included power adapter OR ensure PoE switch is enabled.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug coiled handset cable into the dedicated port.
  4. Optional Headset: Plug 3.5mm headset into the headset jack.

First-Time Setup

  1. Turn off phone before connecting wired accessories.
  2. For Bluetooth headset: Enable Bluetooth on phone, put headset in pairing mode, select from phone's Bluetooth menu.
  3. For Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, scan and select network, enter password.

Tip: Use quality Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables for best performance.

Advanced Call Features

Supports standard and advanced PBX features.

  1. Make Call: Lift handset or press SPEAKERPHONE/HEADSET, dial number.
  2. Answer Call: Lift handset, press SPEAKERPHONE, or press Answer on screen.
  3. Hold: Press HOLD key during call.
  4. Transfer: Press TRANSFER, dial target number, press TRANSFER again.
  5. Conference: During a call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, press CONFERENCE again to merge.
  6. Call Forward: Configure via Features menu (Always, Busy, No Answer).
  7. Voicemail: Press Messages key or dial voicemail access number.
  8. BLF: Monitor status of colleagues via programmed keys.

WARNING! Do not use phone during electrical storms. Use surge protector.
