Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to router/switch.
Connect PC (Optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.
Power the Phone: Use included power adapter or PoE from switch.
Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into RJ9 port.
Connect Headset (Optional): Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address via Menu > Status.
SIP Account Configuration: Enter SIP server, username, password via web interface or phone menu.
Set Language: In Settings menu, select preferred language (default English).
Adjust Audio Settings: Set ringtone, volume, and audio mode via Settings.

Controls and Settings
