Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to router/switch.
  2. Connect PC (Optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.
  3. Power the Phone: Use included power adapter or PoE from switch.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into RJ9 port.
  5. Connect Headset (Optional): Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address via Menu > Status.
  2. SIP Account Configuration: Enter SIP server, username, password via web interface or phone menu.
  3. Set Language: In Settings menu, select preferred language (default English).
  4. Adjust Audio Settings: Set ringtone, volume, and audio mode via Settings.
  5. Test Call: Make a test call to verify configuration.

Tip: Use Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables for optimal performance.

Advanced Call Features

Supports standard and advanced telephony features.

  1. Make Call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number.
  2. Answer Call: Lift handset or press Answer soft key.
  3. Hold: Press Hold button during call.
  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again.
  6. Forward: Menu > Call Features > Forward, set number and conditions.
  7. DND: Press DND button or enable via menu.
  8. Call History: Press History button to view missed, received, placed calls.

WARNING! Do not use phone in wet conditions. Keep liquids away.
