Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN/PoE port to router/switch.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet port to connect to computer.
  3. Power the phone: Use PoE from switch or connect power adapter to DC port.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug handset cable into phone jack.
  5. Connect Headset (optional): Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will obtain IP via DHCP by default. Check IP address in Menu > Status.
  2. Configure SIP accounts: Access web interface (via IP) or use phone menu to enter SIP server details.
  3. Set language: In Settings > Basic > Preferences, select language (default English).
  4. Set time and date: Configure via NTP or manual entry.
  5. Test call: Make a test call to verify registration and audio.

  1. Turn off phone before connecting cables if using power adapter.
  2. For PoE, ensure switch provides 802.3af power.
  3. Pair Bluetooth headset via Menu > Bluetooth > Search.
  4. Install optional Wi-Fi module in expansion slot if needed.

Tip: Use quality Ethernet cables for reliable connectivity.
