Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to switch/router. Use PC port to connect computer if needed.
  2. Power the Phone: Use PoE from switch or connect external 12V power adapter to DC 12V port.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into dedicated port on back of phone.
  4. Connect Headset: For T33P, plug into 3.5mm headset jack. For T33G, pair Bluetooth headset.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address via Menu > Status > Network.
  2. Provisioning: Enter SIP server details manually via web interface (http://phone-ip) or use auto-provisioning URL.
  3. Account Registration: Configure SIP accounts with username, password, and server provided by ITSP.
  4. Date & Time: Set time zone and NTP server for accurate time display.
  5. Test Call: Make test call to verify audio and registration.

CAUTION! Secure all cables to prevent tripping hazards.

Connecting Devices

Network: LAN port to network, PC port to computer. Audio: Handset, headset (wired or Bluetooth).

  1. Turn off phone before connecting cables if using external power.
  2. Match Ethernet cables to correct ports (labeled LAN and PC).
  3. For Bluetooth pairing (T33G): Enable Bluetooth in menu, put headset in pairing mode, select from discovered devices.

Tip: Use quality CAT5e or higher cables for Gigabit connection.

Advanced Features

  1. Call Features: Hold, transfer (blind/attended), conference, park, pickup.
