Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN/PoE port to network switch/router.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet port to connect to computer if needed.
  3. Power the Phone: Use PoE from switch or connect external power adapter to DC port.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug handset cable into dedicated port on base unit.
  5. Optional Headset: Connect wired headset to headset port.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure network cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone will attempt to obtain IP address via DHCP.
  2. Check Network Status: Press OK, navigate to Status > Network to verify IP.
  3. Provisioning: Enter provisioning URL provided by your VoIP service provider in Menu > Settings > Advanced > Auto Provision.
  4. Account Configuration: Manually enter SIP server, username, and password if not auto-provisioned.

Connecting Devices

Network: Ethernet to LAN/PoE port. PC: Ethernet to PC port. Headset: Wired to headset port or wireless via Bluetooth/USB.

  1. Turn off phone before connecting additional devices.
  2. For Bluetooth: Enable in Menu > Settings > Bluetooth, then pair device.
  3. For Wi-Fi (optional module): Insert module, configure in Menu > Settings > Wi-Fi.
  4. Select audio path via dedicated headset or speakerphone button.

Tip: Use quality CAT5e or higher Ethernet cables for Gigabit performance.

Advanced Call Features

Supports call hold, transfer, conference, forward, DND, call waiting.

  1. Make Call: Lift handset or press speakerphone, dial number.
  2. Answer Call: Lift handset, press speakerphone, or press Answer soft key.
  3. Hold: Press Hold button during active call.
  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again.
  6. Call Forward: Configure in Menu > Features > Call Forward (Always/Busy/No Answer).
  7. Directory: Access local and corporate directory via Directory key.
  8. Call History: Press Redial or navigate to Directory > Call History.

WARNING! Do not disconnect during firmware upgrade. Ensure stable power and network.

Accessibility Features
