Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to switch/router.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer (optional).
  3. Power the phone: Use PoE from switch or connect AC adapter to power jack.
  4. Connect handset: Plug handset cord into handset port.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address on screen.
  2. Provisioning: Enter provisioning server URL or configure manually via web interface.
  3. Account registration: Enter SIP server, username, password for each line.
  4. Basic settings: Set time zone, language, ringtone via phone menu or web portal.

  2. Conference: During call, press CONF, dial second party, press CONF to merge.
  3. Call Forward: Menu > Features > Call Forward > enable and set number.
  4. BLF (Busy Lamp Field): Monitor status of other extensions.
  5. Park Call: Park call and retrieve from another phone.
  6. Intercom: Configure for direct speaker communication.
  7. Directory: Store up to 1000 contacts locally.
  8. Call History: View missed, received, placed calls.

Accessibility Features
