Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your network switch/router. For PoE, ensure switch supports 802.3af.
  2. Connect PC (Optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to your computer.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into handset port on base unit.
  4. Connect Power: If not using PoE, connect the 12V DC power adapter to the DC IN port and wall outlet.
  5. Connect Headset (Optional): Plug into headset port for hands-free operation.

WARNING! Use only the provided power adapter. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone will attempt to obtain IP address via DHCP. Note the IP address displayed on screen.
  2. Access Web Interface: From a computer on the same network, enter the phone's IP address into a web browser.
  3. Configure SIP Accounts: Navigate to Account > Basic, enter SIP server, username, password, and display name provided by your service provider.
  4. Set Language & Time: In Settings > Basic, set language (default English) and configure NTP server for correct time.
  5. Test Call: Lift handset or press Speaker key and dial a number to verify connectivity.

CAUTION! Keep phone away from direct heat sources and liquids.

Connecting Devices

Network: LAN port to switch (PoE or external power). PC: PC port to computer. Headset: Standard 3.5mm jack. Expansion: EXP50 module to side port.

  2. For Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, select network, enter password.
