Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your network switch/router. For PoE, ensure switch provides 802.3af/at power.
  2. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into dedicated port on base unit.
  3. Connect Power: If not using PoE, connect the included AC power adapter.
  4. Optional Connections: Connect headset to 3.5mm jack; attach expansion module to side port.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-provided power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around the device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. For static IP, press OK > Settings > Advanced > Network.
  2. Provisioning: Enter your SIP server details manually or via auto-provisioning URL (contact your service provider).
  3. Account Registration: Navigate to Settings > Account > SIP Account to enter username, password, and server.
  4. Date & Time: Set time zone and NTP server under Settings > Preferences.
