Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
- Power adapter (included)
- Handset and cord
- Mounting bracket (for wall installation)
- Screwdriver (for optional wall mounting)
Step-by-Step Installation
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents against packing list.
- Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your router/switch to the LAN port on the phone.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet. For PoE installations, ensure your switch provides PoE power.
- Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone.
- Optional Accessories: Connect optional accessories such as expansion modules, headsets, or additional handsets.
- Power On: Press the power button or wait for auto-power on (PoE). The phone will boot and attempt to obtain network configuration.
- Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure basic settings or use auto-provisioning from your PBX system.
- Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and connection stability.
