Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Handset and cord
  • Mounting bracket (for wall installation)
  • Screwdriver (for optional wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all components from packaging and verify contents against packing list.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect the Ethernet cable from your router/switch to the LAN port on the phone.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a power outlet. For PoE installations, ensure your switch provides PoE power.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone.
  5. Optional Accessories: Connect optional accessories such as expansion modules, headsets, or additional handsets.
  6. Power On: Press the power button or wait for auto-power on (PoE). The phone will boot and attempt to obtain network configuration.
  7. Configuration: Follow on-screen prompts to configure basic settings or use auto-provisioning from your PBX system.
  8. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and connection stability.
