Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to router/switch. Use PC port to connect to a computer if needed.
  2. Power the Phone: Use included power adapter OR connect via PoE (Power over Ethernet).
  3. Connect Handset: Plug coiled handset cord into the dedicated jack.
  4. Connect Headset: Plug wired headset into 3.5mm headset jack if desired.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone will attempt to obtain IP address via DHCP.
  2. Check Network Status: Press the "OK" key, navigate to Status > Network to verify IP.
  3. Configure SIP Account: Enter account details (SIP server, username, password) provided by your service provider via Menu > Account.
