Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to network switch/router.
2. Connect Computer (Optional): Use second Ethernet port to connect to computer.
3. Power the Phone: Use PoE from switch or connect included power adapter to DC 5V port.
4. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into dedicated port.
5. Connect Headset (Optional): Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around device.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address via Menu > Status.
2. Provisioning: Enter URL of provisioning server if auto-provisioning is configured.
3. Account Registration: Navigate to Account settings, enter SIP server, username, password.
4. Basic Settings: Set time zone, language, ringtone, and volume levels.
5. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and registration.

Advanced Telephony Features

1. Call Hold: Press Hold button during active call.
2. Call Transfer: Press Transfer, enter target number, press Transfer again or complete.
3. Three-Way Conference: During active call, press Conference, dial third party, press Conference again.
4. Call Forward: Configure via menu (Always, Busy, No Answer).
5. Do Not Disturb (DND): Enable to silence incoming call alerts.
6. Speed Dial: Assign frequently dialed numbers to programmable keys.
7. Call History: Access missed, received, and placed calls via dedicated key.
8. Directory: Store up to 1000 contacts locally; supports LDAP synchronization.

Troubleshooting
