Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your network switch/router.
  2. Connect PC (Optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to your computer.
  3. Power the Phone: Connect the power adapter to the DC 5V port and wall outlet, OR use PoE from switch.
  4. Connect Handset/Headset: Plug handset cord into dedicated port; connect headset to 3.5mm jack if needed.

WARNING! Use only the provided or approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts and configuration via web interface.

  1. Obtain IP Address: Check LCD screen for assigned IP or press "OK" > Status > Network.
  2. Access Web Interface: Enter phone's IP address in a computer browser.
  3. Configure SIP Accounts: Navigate to Account tab, enter SIP server, username, password provided by your service provider.
  4. Set Language/Time: In Settings menu, select preferred language and configure NTP server for time.

CAUTION! Ensure proper ventilation; do not block vents on phone housing.

Advanced Call Features

Supports standard and advanced VoIP features.

  1. Make Call: Lift handset or press Speaker, dial number.
  2. Answer Call: Lift handset, press Speaker, or press corresponding line key.
  3. Hold: Press Hold key during call.
  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During a call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to merge.
  6. Call Forward: Configure via web interface or phone menu (Always, Busy, No Answer).
  7. DND (Do Not Disturb): Press DND key or enable via menu.
  8. BLF Monitoring: Program key to monitor extension status.

WARNING! Do not use liquid or abrasive cleaners on keys or display.

Accessibility Features

Adjustable Ring Volume: Via volume keys or settings menu. Screen Contrast: Adjust in Display settings. Headset Mode: Toggle between handset and headset. Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) handset available in some regions.

Care & Cleaning
