Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your router/switch. Use PC port to connect a computer if needed.
  2. Power the Phone: Connect the provided power adapter or use PoE from a compatible switch.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug the handset cord into the dedicated jack on the base.
  4. Optional Headset: Plug a wired headset into the 3.5mm jack or pair a Bluetooth headset.

WARNING! Use only the provided power adapter. Ensure cables are routed to avoid tripping hazards.

First-Time Setup

Power on the phone; follow on-screen prompts or configure via web interface.

  1. Network Boot: The phone will attempt to obtain an IP address via DHCP.
  2. Check Network Status: Press the "OK" button to view the IP address on the screen.
  3. Access Web Interface: Enter the phone's IP address into a web browser on your PC.
  4. Configure SIP Accounts: In the web interface, enter account details provided by your VoIP service provider.
  5. Set Language & Time: Navigate to the settings menu to set language (default: English) and time zone.

CAUTION! Handle the handset cord with care to avoid damaging the connectors.

Connecting Devices

  1. Turn off phone before connecting wired accessories.
  2. For Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on headset, press "Menu" > "Bluetooth" > "Search" on phone.
  3. For EHS headset: Connect the EHS adapter cable to the designated port.

Tip: Use Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables for optimal Gigabit performance.

Advanced Call Features

Supports standard business telephony features.

  1. Make a Call: Lift handset or press Speakerphone, dial number, press Dial softkey.
  2. Answer a Call: Lift handset, press Speakerphone, or press Answer softkey.
  3. Hold: Press Hold key during a call.
  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, press Transfer again.
  5. Conference: During a call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again to merge.
  6. Forward Calls: Configure via web interface or phone menu (Always, Busy, No Answer).
  7. Do Not Disturb (DND): Press DND key or enable via menu.
  8. Voicemail: Press the Voicemail key (if configured) or dial your voicemail access number.

WARNING! Do not use the phone in a wet environment. Keep liquids away from the device.

Accessibility Features

Visual Alerts: LED indicators for line status and messages. Audio Adjustments: Independent volume control for ringer, handset, and speaker. High-Contrast UI: Option for improved screen readability.

Care & Cleaning
