Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to network switch/router.
  2. Connect PC: Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer (optional).
  3. Power: Use PoE from switch or connect external power adapter to DC port.
  4. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into dedicated port.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone will attempt to obtain IP via DHCP.
  2. Check IP Address: Press OK or navigate to Status > Network to view IP.
  3. Access Web Interface: Enter phone's IP in web browser (default user/admin: admin).
  4. Configure Accounts: Add SIP account details provided by your service provider.
  5. Set Language: Navigate to Settings > Basic > Preferences > Language.
