Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable desk surface.

  1. Connect Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to switch/router. Use PC port to connect computer.
  2. Power the Phone: Use Power over Ethernet (PoE) or connect the optional external power adapter.
  3. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into the dedicated jack.
  4. Optional: Connect headset to 3.5mm jack or USB port.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure network cables are securely connected.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Boot: Phone will attempt to obtain IP address via DHCP.
  2. Check Network Status: Press "OK" key, go to Status > Network to verify IP.
  3. Provisioning: Enter your SIP server address manually or via auto-provisioning (TR-069, TFTP, HTTP/HTTPS).
  4. Register Account: Go to Menu > Accounts, enter SIP credentials (username, password, server).
  5. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio and registration.

Tip: Use shielded cables for best audio quality and to reduce interference.
