Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your router/switch. For PoE, ensure switch supports 802.3af.
  2. Connect Handset: Plug handset cord into dedicated jack on base.
  3. Optional Headset: Plug into 3.5mm headset jack.
  4. Power: Use PoE or connect optional AC adapter to DC 5V port.

WARNING! Use only Yealink-approved power adapter. Ensure cables are not pinched or damaged.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. For static IP, press OK > Settings > Basic > Network.
  2. Provisioning: Enter your SIP server details provided by your service provider via Menu > Settings > Advanced > Account.
  3. Set Language: Press OK > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Language.
  4. Date & Time: Configure via Menu > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Time.
  5. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio and registration.

  1. Turn off phone before connecting wired accessories.
  2. For Wi-Fi, scan and select your network, enter password.
