Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface.

  1. Connect to Network: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN/PoE port to switch/router.
  2. Connect PC (optional): Use second Ethernet cable from PC port to computer.
  3. Power the Phone: Use PoE from switch or connect included power adapter.
  4. Attach Handset: Connect handset cord to phone base.

First-Time Setup

Power on phone; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Phone will attempt DHCP. Check IP address via Menu > Status.

  4. Transfer: Press Transfer, dial target number, complete transfer.
  5. Conference: During call, press Conference, dial second party, press Conference again.
  6. Call Forwarding: Configure via web interface or phone menu.
  7. Call History: Press Directory key to view missed, received, placed calls.
