Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (if not using PoE)
  • Network switch with PoE support
  • Screwdriver (for wall mounting)
  • Network configuration software

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all components are present (phone, handset, power adapter, Ethernet cable).
  2. Network Connection: Connect the phone to your network using an Ethernet cable. Use port labeled "LAN" on the phone.
  3. Power Connection: Connect power adapter or ensure PoE is enabled on your network switch for power over Ethernet.
  4. Handset and Accessories: Connect the handset to the designated port and attach any additional accessories like headsets.
  5. Power On: Press the power button or wait for the phone to boot up automatically if using PoE.
  6. Initial Configuration: Follow the on-screen prompts to set language, time zone, and network settings.
  7. PBX Registration: Configure SIP settings to register with your PBX or VoIP service provider.
  8. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and connection stability.
