Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Ethernet cable (CAT5e or higher)
  • Power adapter (included)
  • Handset cable
  • Network switch/router
  • Screwdriver (if wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near network connection and power outlet with adequate ventilation.
  2. Connect Network Cable: Connect one end of Ethernet cable to phone's LAN port and other end to network switch/router.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the phone and plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Handset Connection: Connect the handset cable to the phone base and handset.
  5. Verizon Network Registration: Allow phone to boot up and automatically register with Verizon network (may take 2-5 minutes).
  6. Configuration: Access phone web interface to configure extension, SIP settings, and user preferences.
  7. Test Call: Make a test call to verify audio quality and network connectivity.
Warning: All installations must be performed by qualified personnel to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
