Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place base station on stable surface.

  1. Connect Base Station: Use Ethernet cable to connect LAN port to your network router or switch.
  2. Power the Base: Connect power adapter or use PoE if supported by your network.
  3. Charge Handset: Place handset in charging cradle until battery is fully charged.
  4. Register Handset: Follow on-screen prompts to register handset to base station.

WARNING! Use only approved power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around base station.

First-Time Setup

Power on system; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Network Configuration: Base station will obtain IP address via DHCP automatically.
  2. Handset Registration: Press and hold registration button on base, then follow handset prompts.
  3. Configure SIP Account: Access web interface or use handset menu to enter SIP server details.
  4. Set Language: In SYSTEM menu, select preferred language (default: English).
  5. Set Time and Date: Configure via menu or synchronize with network time server.

CAUTION! Keep base station away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Connecting Devices

Network: Ethernet cable to LAN port. Headsets: 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth. Additional Handsets: Register via base station.

  2. For wired headset: Plug into 3.5mm jack on handset.
  3. For Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth in menu, pair with device.

Tip: Use quality CAT5e or higher Ethernet cable for best performance.

Using Phone Features

Supports basic and advanced telephony features.

  1. Making Calls: Dial number, press TALK or SPEAKER button.
  2. Receiving Calls: Press TALK, SPEAKER, or HEADSET button.
  3. Call Hold: Press HOLD button during active call.
  4. Call Transfer: Press TRANSFER, dial target number, press TRANSFER again.
  5. Conference Calls: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, press CONFERENCE to merge.
  6. Speed Dial: Program frequently called numbers to speed dial keys.
  7. Call History: Access via MENU to view missed, received, and dialed calls.
  8. Voicemail: Press MESSAGE key or dial voicemail access number.
  9. Directory: Store up to 500 contacts with multiple numbers per contact.
