Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place base station and charging cradle on stable surfaces.

  1. Charge the handset: Insert battery, place handset in charging cradle until fully charged.
  2. Connect base station: Connect telephone line cord from base to wall jack/PBX.
  3. Power the base: Connect the power adapter to the base station and wall outlet.
  4. Register handsets: Follow on-screen prompts or press registration button on base.

WARNING! Use only the provided power adapter. Ensure proper ventilation around base station.

First-Time Setup

Power on base and handset; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Set language: Press MENU, navigate to Settings > Language, select ENGLISH (default).
  2. Set date and time: In Settings menu, configure time zone and format.
  3. Register additional handsets: Use registration process to add up to 8 handsets.
  4. Configure line settings: Assign lines to handsets via base station web interface or handset menu.

CAUTION! Keep base station away from other electronic devices to avoid interference.

Base Station: Registration button, LED indicators (Power, Line, Registration).

Settings: Language, Time/Date, Ringtone, Volume, Display contrast, Call forwarding, Do Not Disturb. Advanced: PIN code for system access (default 0000), handset naming, intercom settings.

Connecting Devices

Telephone Line: RJ11 port on base. Headset: 3.5mm jack on handset. Additional Handsets: Register via base station.

  1. Turn off handset before connecting headset.
  2. Ensure telephone line is active and properly connected.
  3. For multiple lines, configure via web interface or contact administrator.

Tip: Use a surge protector for telephone line to prevent damage from power surges.

Making and Receiving Calls

Supports internal and external calls.

  1. Make a call: Press TALK or SPEAKER, dial number, or use phonebook.
  2. Answer a call: Press TALK, SPEAKER, or any digit key (if enabled).
  3. End call: Press END or place handset in cradle.
  4. Hold: Press HOLD button during a call.
  5. Mute: Press MUTE to disable microphone.
  6. Volume: Adjust during call with VOLUME keys.
  7. Redial: Press TALK twice to redial last number.
  8. Phonebook: Store up to 200 contacts via MENU.

WARNING! Do not use handset while charging if battery is hot. Keep away from water.

Advanced Features

Call Transfer: During call, press TRANSFER, dial target handset number, hang up. Conference Calling: During call, press CONFERENCE, dial second party, press CONFERENCE again to merge. Intercom: Press INTERCOM, select handset number to call internally. Do Not Disturb: Enable via menu to silence calls. Call Forwarding: Set forwarding rules via menu or web interface.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug power before cleaning. Use slightly damp cloth for handset and base; dry immediately.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Avoid getting moisture in openings.
